Star wars open world game
The open world segments have a few breadcrumbs and intel here and there, but I do think the culmination of the open world design mastered by The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is evident here. It helps that it all meaningfully ties back into some of your central rewards, too. Remember how I got free access to the Pyke base after warning Gorak of that betrayal? An hour later, I was sneaking through a Pyke outpost trying to steal an equipment upgrade, but I got caught and had to shoot my way out. Suddenly, my reputation with the syndicate was shot and I was no longer welcome in their territory, which would inevitably make future dealings with the Pykes even trickier.
There are four planets you can visit in OUTLAWS, each at a slightly different scale. Toshara is land of prairies and mesas, Tattoine sandy rocky and unforgiving, Kijimi is a packed snowy city and Akiva is a drenched jungle. If you throw in the more linear casino city of Canto Bight which bookends the whole experience that makes it five.
That’s just the introductory story mission, but it’s the loop you’ll see throughout Star Wars Outlaws. You’ll find a mission to be done, a number of ways to accomplish it, a few factions who’ll take note – positively or negatively – of your accomplishments, and a reward for seeing it through. Every mission – both from side quests and the main story – I played through neatly tied into both the faction system and the story of Kay’s journeys through the underworld to make it feel like part of a bigger, more cohesive whole.
Make choices which impact your ever-changing reputation with menacing syndicates. Decide who to align with, at least temporarily and play the syndicates against each other for your benefit – or a stack of credits.

In the bottom of the second inning, Tommy Edman hit a solo home run off Rodón as the Dodgers took a 1–0 lead. Juan Soto hit a solo home run off Yamamoto in the top of the third inning to tie the game. In the bottom of the inning, Mookie Betts hit a single followed by a Teoscar Hernández two-run home run and a solo home run by Freddie Freeman to give the Dodgers a 4–1 lead. After Aaron Judge struck out, Giancarlo Stanton hit a ground ball that bounced off the third base bag and into the outfield, scoring Soto. The Yankees then loaded the bases with an Anthony Rizzo hit-by-pitch and Jazz Chisholm Jr. single, but Volpe struck out for the second out. After the Volpe at-bat, Treinen was replaced with Alex Vesia, who got pinch-hitter Jose Trevino to fly out on the first pitch, ending the game and giving Los Angeles a 2–0 series lead.
Fox announced that the World Series delivered a combined average domestic viewership (on Fox, Fox Deportes, and streaming) of 15.8 million, a 67% increase from the previous year. The figures included a 53 share in Los Angeles, a 41 share in New York, and a 41 share in San Diego.
Against loaded lineups, Yankees ace Gerrit Cole and Dodgers trade acquisition Jack Flaherty — both of whom grew up rooting for the teams they now suit up for — managed to mount a rare starting pitchers’ duel in the midst of an especially bullpen-oriented October.
Freddie Freeman’s walk-off grand slam sent the Dodgers home happy with a win reminiscent of 1988 in more ways than one. The game began at 5:11 p.m. PT and was 3 hours and 27 minutes — over at 8:38. 1988 Game 1 had a 5:35 p.m. start and 3:04 time of game — over at 8:39.
