About the Department
Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering imparts strong theoretical foundations and practical learning to the students on electronic devices as well as training in designing and development of such devices. The focus in this discipline is on understanding electronic networks and devices, electric magnetic fields, computer fundamentals, communication and control systems. Students are equally trained in handling modern communication devices, signal conditioners and networking modules. The department of electronics and communication was started in the year 2001 with the approved strength of 60.

Program Vision
Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering will contribute to the college to
become an institute of technical excellence which imparts cutting edge technical knowledge,
skills and attitude to make every youth into a professionally skilled person.
Program Mission
To train diploma students with adequate technical knowledge and skills in electronics and communication engineering with the help of industry-institute collaboration to make them employable, entrepreneurial, innovative, socially responsible and environmentally sensitive.
