The two-year Fitness and Health Promotion Ontario College Diploma program prepares you to perform the roles and responsibilities of fitness and health consultants who plan, promote, and deliver a wide variety of services sportsandcasino. These include activity and educational programs that enhance the health, fitness, and well-being of individuals and groups in diverse settings.

Sports nutritionists, or sports dietitians, may provide individual and/or group/team nutritional counseling and education. Depending upon where they work, their goal will be to enhance the performance of athletes, or to improve an individual’s fitness through nutrition. Job duties of a sports nutritionist may include:
